Inventory Management
Products
- Inventory – inventory items or products allows you to keep a customized version of your product database. When products are imported into Sproxi you have the option of creating inventory products or not. For more information on this topic, please see the KB article, Inventory Management – Products.
- Listings – this is simply a quick access table allowing you to view the listings from a connected channel. The same product table is available by clicking on the connected channel menu and the “listings” link.
Tools
- Recipes – offer a great way to build dynamic data for your Google Listings. You can use a combination of text and fields to build any combination for a field and apply it to a Google Listing. For details on how to use the Recipe feature, click here.
- Formulas – a new feature to Sproxi that allows you to create your own custom formula to calculate a real ROAS for your Google Shopping campaign. For more information, click the link, Using Sproxi Formulas.
- Templates
- Misc Tools – offers tools designed to bulk change data in Sproxi products. An example would be using the tool to insert your WooCommerce attribute named “manufacturer” to populate the Sproxi Product field “brand.” For more information, click here.
Other
- Tags – you can create tags in Sproxi & apply them to products (individually or with bulk edit). You can create tags for many reasons such as notes, groups of products, or other organizational ideas.
- Custom Fields – a unique feature to Sproxi, custom fields are non-attribute fields created in WooCommerce & custom fields created in Sproxi. For a detailed explanation of custom fields, click here.
- Brands
- Manufacturers
- Categories – these are categories as imported from your connected sales channels. By creating products in Sproxi, these categories are copied here for your use.
Connections
- Listings – these are the products which form the feed Sproxi sends to the Google Merchant Center. For details on how Sproxi uses Google Listings, click here.
- Product Status – offers a comprehensive table allows you to gain instant visibility into your Google Listings & their status in WooCommerce as well as the Google Merchant Center. Through this table you limit products in the Google Listings table you want to sent to the Merchant Center, as well as have the ability to remove the listing from the Merchant Center. - Cost and Profits – using the customize formula, you can apply one, or many formulas to selected products to determine whether or not you’re making money on the product. See the kb article on “Cost & Profits.”
